3 Easter treats for you!
We thought about sending some chocolate Easter eggs to you, but instead here is 3 treats to help you this Easter.
1. Let your customers know if you are having a break!
If you are closing over the Easter holiday break, don’t forget to communicate this with your customers by sending out a bulk SMS or Email to let them know the dates you will be closed and/or if there is an emergency number to call.
This could help remind customers who were ‘meaning’ to give you a call when they had a spare moment, to do so and also keeps your business top of mind with them.

2. Check your Service Due and Rego Due reports!
It’s important to run your Service Due and Rego Due reports to see if you have customers in your database that are due for this while you are closed and encourage them to book now for when you return. This will help set up your workload before you even get back.

3. Utilise this time to upskill your knowledge on Workshop Software
