You’ve been asking for improvements to Workshop Software, and we keep delivering.
This time, we’ve implemented a new look and feel to the invoice, plus the ability to re-order the invoice.
With this new feature, you can click a button and reorder all the items you have on an invoice. The new invoice will then print in the order you’ve selected. Any “Labour” item added to the invoice will automatically print as a “Heading” and will print in bold with a large font, then the parts print underneath. This gives you the ability to make it obvious to your customers which parts belong to a certain job. (* A “Labour” item is designated by the “Type” in the product set-up)
