What has been added to Workshop Software/Dealership Software

  • NEW Customer Portal feature! – Check out our guide on all the features of the Customer.
  • NEW Mobile App Features! – Check out our guide to see for yourself how the numerous new features of the mobile app work (taking videos, hide customer details, Call/SMS customer, get directions to the customers, e-signatures on job cards, view vehicle history, edit job card details and marking up photos).
  • Copy Inspection Template – Check out our guide on how you can now easily copy an existing inspection template to create a new one!
  • Log out notification – Check out our guide on how you can tell if you have been logged out of Workshop Software.

  • “Choose Attachment” pop up window now displays the preview images correctly and does not run off the edge of the screen
  • Transmission types are now ordered alphabetically
  • Emails sent via the Communication Centre are now recorded in Email Log Report
  • Payment receipts with 50+ characters in email subject line can be sent
  • Processed dealership invoices no long show the “Add Trade In” OR “Add Sale” button
  • Rego Look up for Australian users
  • Fix Urgently & Fix Soon icons now appearing for Tyres conditions and tread depth on inspection report
  • Removing default labour product from booking/quote/invoices/job cards will not produce an error or lock you out of creating new bookings.
  • Notification will now appear when deleting Mechanic before deleting associated mobile user login details
  • Rego look up for Australian users not overriding existing information has been resolved
  • Supplier payment processed does not take you to the payment screen showing applied payment has been resolved
  • Workshop Pay now available for MYOB and Quickbook integrated users
  • Inspection comments are now appearing once saved.
